Before start listening, you should imagine the situation yourself and predict the word. Most conversation will start intro -> problem -> solution -> problem again -> result.
Because Task 1 is separated three part. the first part explains the situation and tells problem and then the other speaker gives opinions. the second part is the opinion is not perfect solution and conversation again. the third part is giving an opinion again and solve the problem.
